Get found on Google Maps by customers nearby.
We handle Google Business Profile optimization for businesses across Broward County and South Florida. We claim and verify your profile, fill in every field that matters, and keep it active with photos, posts and review replies. That gives you a real shot at the local map pack when someone nearby searches for what you do.
How the local map pack works
Search for "dentist near me" or "family lawyer in Plantation" and Google usually shows a map with a short list of businesses under it. That block is the local map pack. For many local searches it sits above the regular website results, and it is where a lot of calls and direction requests start.
Think of it as the front window of a busy store. There is only room for a few displays, so Google picks what goes in the window using three signals it describes publicly.
Your profile works best together with SEO for your website, a steady flow of reviews and consistent social media.

- Relevance
- How well your profile matches what the person typed. Your categories, services and description do most of the work here.
- Distance
- How far you are from the person searching, or from the place they named. Nobody can change this for you, which is exactly why the other two matter.
- Prominence
- How well known and trusted you look online: your reviews and rating, mentions and links across the web, and how your website does in search.
Your Google Business Profile checklist
Most profiles we look at were set up once and never touched again. This is the audit list we work through on every profile, and why each line matters to someone deciding where to go.

Ownership and verification
Before anything else, we confirm you own the profile, that it is verified, and that no duplicate or outdated listings are splitting your reviews and calls.
Primary and secondary categories
Your primary category is the strongest hint about what you are. We choose it carefully and add secondary categories only where they truly fit.
Services
Listing each service in your customers' own words helps you match specific searches, like "teeth whitening" instead of only "dentist".
Hours and holiday hours
Wrong hours send people to a locked door. We set your regular hours and add special hours before every holiday.
Address or service area
Storefronts show an address. If you go to your customers, we hide the address and list the cities you actually serve.
Business description
A clear description of who you help and where, written for people first. Keyword stuffing does not help, and customers notice it.
Photos
Real photos of your entrance, space, team and work help people recognize you when they arrive, and choose you before they do.
Posts
Updates, offers and events appear on your profile. Think of posts as the chalkboard sign by your door: proof that someone is home.
Reviews and replies
Reviews build trust, and your replies are read by everyone who comes after. We answer promptly and politely, including the hard ones.
Booking and appointment links
If people can book online, the profile should take them straight to the right page in one tap, not to your home page.
Attributes
Details like a wheelchair accessible entrance or identifying as women-owned answer small questions that decide who gets the call.
Products
Products show featured items or treatments with a photo and a short description, like a small catalog right on the profile.
Where are your customers searching from?
Google leans heavily on where the searcher is standing. Pick a city to see how "near me" searches play out there. We work with businesses in all of these cities and across South Florida.
Pick a city
Sample search: orthodontist near me
Coral Springs
People rarely drive far for regular appointments. A family in Coral Springs mostly sees offices close by, and a booking link lets them go from search to appointment in a few taps.
Sample search: auto repair near me
Pompano Beach
Someone near the Pompano Beach pier is usually searching on a phone, on the move. A pin in the right spot, accurate directions and a tap-to-call number matter most in that moment.
Sample search: urgent care open now
Sunrise
Searches like this lean toward places that are open right now. Near Sawgrass Mills, a profile with wrong or missing hours can lose the visit at exactly the moment someone needs it.
Sample search: family lawyer near me
Plantation
Legal searches are careful ones. A firm near Broward Boulevard with practice areas listed as services and calm, professional review replies earns trust before the first call.
Sample search: med spa Fort Lauderdale
Fort Lauderdale
When someone names the city, Google looks at businesses in and around it, not only the closest one. Around Las Olas, fresh photos, treatments listed as services and regular posts help you stand out.
Sample search: pediatric dentist near me
Weston
A parent searching from home in Weston mostly sees offices a short drive away. If you are in Weston, a complete profile helps you hold that spot. If you are farther out, reviews and photos have to work harder.
Sample search: physical therapy near me
Davie
Results follow where the person is right now, not where they live. Someone near Nova Southeastern University between classes sees what is close to campus, so accurate hours and services count.
Sample search: dentista cerca de mí
Hollywood
South Florida searches in English and in Spanish. Posts and review replies in both languages speak directly to Spanish-speaking customers in Hollywood and across the county.
Sample search: hair salon near me
Pembroke Pines
Along Pines Boulevard people have many options within a few miles. Real photos of your space and your work are often what makes someone tap your listing instead of the next one.
Sample search: plumber near me
Miramar
Many businesses go to the customer. A service-area profile lists the cities you cover, like Miramar, Pembroke Pines and Hollywood, without showing your home address.
A month on your profile
A Google Business Profile looks after itself about as well as a garden does. This sample month shows the steady rhythm we keep for you, so your profile never looks abandoned.

Google Business Profile questions
Don't see yours? Ask us anything. Email us your question
Why does my competitor show up above me on the map?
Google weighs relevance, distance and prominence. If a competitor is closer to the person searching, has more reviews or has a more complete profile, they may show first. We cannot move your address, but we can improve nearly everything else.
Do I need a storefront to have a Google Business Profile?
No. Businesses that travel to their customers can be listed as a service-area business, with the address hidden and the cities they serve shown instead.
Can you guarantee a top 3 spot on Google Maps?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Map results change with where each person is searching, and organic rankings cannot be bought. What we can promise is a complete, accurate and active profile that gives you a fair chance.
How long until we see a difference?
Fixes like the right categories, hours and photos show up once Google accepts them, often within a few days. Visibility usually builds over months of steady posts, photos and reviews, not overnight.
Can you fix a suspended, unverified or duplicate profile?
Usually, yes. We work through Google's verification and reinstatement steps and ask Google to merge or remove duplicates. Google makes the final decision, and some cases take a few weeks.
I work from home. Should I list my home address?
If customers do not visit you, no. We set you up as a service-area business with the address hidden. Google's guidelines also do not allow a virtual office or a mailbox as your business location.
Do you only set it up, or manage it every month?
Both are possible. We can do a one-time cleanup, or keep your profile active every month with photos, posts, review replies and a simple report. Asking customers for reviews is part of our online reviews service.
Do you work with medical and dental offices?
Yes. We set up practice and provider listings carefully and reply to reviews in a HIPAA-aware way, which means a public reply never confirms that someone is a patient.
