Managed website hosting, taken care of while you sleep.
A website is not finished on launch day. We host South Florida business websites on fast, secure servers, then keep them updated, backed up and watched around the clock with a monthly care plan. You run your business. We keep the site open.
All systems normal
Example of 90 days of checks: normal every day, with two nights of planned maintenance.

While you sleep
Most website trouble starts quietly: an update waiting to be installed, a certificate close to expiring, a bot guessing passwords at 2 AM. This is what a typical night looks like for a site on one of our care plans.
A sample night. Times and details are illustrative.

Nightly maintenance startsMonitoring has run every few minutes all day. The heavier work starts now, while your traffic is lowest.
Backup completedA full copy of the site and its database is saved away from the server, so one bad day can never erase your site.
Backup checkedWe confirm the copy is complete and actually opens. A backup nobody has tested is only a hope.
Plugin updates installedThree updates are tried on a private copy of the site first, then applied to the live site once pages and forms still work.
Core update installedThe platform itself is updated, and the contact form is tested again after the change.
Malware scan finishedFiles are checked against known threats and against last night's copy. Nothing changed that should not have.
Password guessing blockedA bot tried to log in over and over. The firewall shut the door on it after a few failed attempts.
SSL certificate renewedThe certificate behind the padlock renewed automatically, well before it could expire and scare visitors with a warning.
Deleted photo restoredA team photo removed by mistake yesterday afternoon is put back from the backup, as requested.
Speed checkThe homepage is loaded the way a phone would load it, to catch anything that got slower since yesterday.
Uptime check passedThe site, the booking page and the contact form all answer. If one did not, the alert would come to us, not to your customers.
Morning. All systems normal.Nothing needs your attention. Anything worth knowing goes into your monthly report, written in plain English.
Hosting it yourself vs managed hosting with us
Basic hosting is like renting an empty storefront. You get the space, and the locks, the alarm, the repairs and the cleaning are all on you. Managed website hosting is the same storefront with a building manager who checks every door each night. Here is who handles each job.

| The job | On your own | With a care plan |
|---|---|---|
| Server and SSL | Pick a hosting plan, configure the server and remember to renew the certificate. | A fast, secure server set up for your site, with SSL installed and renewed automatically. |
| Updates | Click update and hope nothing breaks, or skip updates and hope nobody notices. | Updates tried on a private copy first, then installed and checked on the live site. |
| Backups | Usually whatever the host keeps, often stored on the same server as the site. | Daily backups stored off the server, checked regularly, with restores done by us. |
| Security | A security plugin or two, and the cleanup is yours if something gets in. | Firewall, malware scans, hardened logins, and cleanup if something ever gets through. |
| Monitoring | You find out the site is down when a customer tells you. | Checks every few minutes, with alerts that come to us first. |
| Speed | The site slows down over time as images and plugins pile up. | Caching, image optimization, a content delivery network where it helps and regular speed checks. |
| Small edits | Log in, find the right page and learn the editor again. | Send us the change. Hours, staff, photos and simple pages are handled for you. |
| When something breaks | A support ticket with a hosting company that has never seen your site. | A local South Florida team that already knows your site, in English or Spanish. |
Hosting is one part of staying online. If the site itself is dated or slow at its core, we can redesign your website first. Office computers, passwords and Wi-Fi are covered by our IT and security service, and email on your own domain is set up through business email, kept separate from the web server on purpose.
Website care plans that grow with you
Every website maintenance plan starts with managed hosting, updates, backups and monitoring. The larger plans add the work that brings in new customers. Each plan is tailored to your business, so tell us what you need and we will point you to the right one.

Moving your website to us without going offline
Think of it like moving house while the old place stays furnished. Nothing gets switched off until the new home is ready and your visitors are already arriving there.
We review what you have
Where the site lives, who controls the domain, what it is built on, and anything that should be fixed before it moves.
We copy it over
Files, database, forms and redirects are copied to our servers. Your current site keeps running as usual.
You test it privately
We check every page and form on a private link, and you can click through it yourself before anything goes live.
We switch the address
We point your domain to the new server. For a while both servers answer, so visitors reach one working copy or the other.
We watch closely, then close the old account
We keep a close eye on the new site for the first days, and only then help you cancel the old hosting.
Most moves are quiet. If we find something that makes a move risky, like an outdated platform, we tell you before anything changes.
Hosting and care plan questions
Don't see yours? Ask us anything. Email us your question
Can you host a website you did not build?
Yes, in most cases. We review it first and tell you plainly if anything needs fixing before the move, such as an outdated platform or a plugin that is no longer supported.
Will my site go down during the move?
It should not. We copy the site, test it on a private link and only then point your domain to the new server. Both servers answer while the change spreads across the internet, which is why visitors keep reaching a working site.
Can you promise my website will never go down?
Nobody can honestly promise that. Servers, networks and outside services occasionally fail. What we do promise is that we are watching, that alerts come to us, and that there is a tested backup to recover from.
What if my site gets hacked?
We clean it up, restore it from a known good backup and close the hole that let the attacker in. Sites on our care plans are scanned and monitored, so problems are usually caught early.
Do you host email on the same server?
No, on purpose. Business email is more reliable and safer on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. We set that up and connect it to your domain as a separate service.
Do you manage the domain too?
We can manage your domain and DNS for you, or work with whoever holds it now. We will walk you through the options before anything changes.
What counts as a small edit?
Text changes, new photos, hours, staff updates and new pages that use an existing layout. Bigger changes, like a new section or feature, get their own plan first.
What if I want to leave?
Just tell us. We plan the move with you and your next provider, so the switch goes smoothly and nothing is left behind.
Let's talk about your business.
Tell us what you need. We'll get back to you soon, in English or Spanish.
