Custom web apps and CRM for teams that outgrew the spreadsheet.

We design and build custom web apps, client portals, business dashboards and CRM systems for South Florida businesses. One place for your leads, clients, tasks and numbers, shaped around how your team already works, in English, Spanish or both.

What we build: custom apps, dashboards and CRM

Most projects mix all three. Pick one to see what it looks like and what it can do.

Custom web apps and client portals

A custom web app is software built for one business instead of for thousands. Think of a tailored suit instead of a rack size: it fits your steps, your forms and your words. It runs in the browser, so it works on office computers, laptops and phones with nothing to install.

Client portals
Clients upload documents, sign forms and check their status without calling the office.
Online intake and booking
Forms that collect the right details the first time and drop them where your team works.
Internal tools
Checklists, approvals, inventory and job tracking your staff opens every morning.
Roles and secure logins
Each person sees only what they need, with two-step verification and an activity trail.

Your app can sit behind your public website with the same look. Web Design & Development

Business dashboards that update on their own

A dashboard is the gauge cluster in your car: you should not need to open the hood to know your speed. We pull numbers from the tools you already use, like your booking system, accounting software and phone system, into one screen that stays current.

The numbers that matter to you
Leads, appointments, open jobs, collections, trends by week. You choose what shows up.
Connected to your tools
Where your software offers an API or an export, we connect it, so nobody copies numbers by hand.
Scheduled reports
A summary in your inbox every Monday morning, or whenever you want one.
A view for each role
Owners see the big picture. The front desk sees today.

Add AI that summarizes the week or drafts follow-ups for your team. AI & Automation

A custom CRM built around your process

A CRM (customer relationship management system) is the memory of your business: every call, email, appointment and next step for each lead or client, in one place. Off-the-shelf CRMs are built for generic sales teams. A custom CRM uses your stages, your fields and your language, whether you track patients, cases or jobs.

Your pipeline, your stages
From first call to signed client, with the steps your office actually follows.
Automatic follow-ups
Reminders by text and email, so no lead waits days for a callback.
Full history for every client
Notes, files, messages and appointments on one timeline.
Moved over from your spreadsheets
We clean up and import the data you already have, duplicates included.

Keep client data protected on every device that opens it. IT & Security

Signs you have outgrown spreadsheets

Spreadsheets are a great way to start. They are a poor place to run a growing team. If a few of these sound familiar, it is time to talk about a real system.

  • There is more than one version of the truth.

Files named FINAL, FINAL_v2 and FINAL_v3, and nobody is sure which one is current.

  • Two people edit at once and something gets lost.

A row gets overwritten, a filter hides half the list, or a formula breaks and nobody notices for a week.

  • The same information gets typed in three places.

The form, the spreadsheet and the billing software each get their own copy, with their own typos.

  • Leads slip through the cracks.

A follow-up lives in someone's head or on a sticky note, and a caller never hears back.

  • Only one person understands the file.

When they are out, the office guesses. When they leave, the know-how leaves with them.

  • You cannot see the pipeline at a glance.

Answering how many new clients came in this month takes an afternoon of sorting.

  • Sensitive details travel as attachments.

Patient or client information moves by email and sits on laptops, with no record of who opened what.

  • Every report means copy, paste and hope.

Each month someone rebuilds the same report by hand right before the meeting.

Not every business needs custom software. If a ready-made tool fits the way you work, we will tell you so.

Custom platforms in daily use

How we build your app

You see working screens early and often, so the finished app holds no surprises.

  1. Discovery

We sit with the people who do the work and map how it flows today: what gets typed, where it waits and who needs to see it.

You get: a written map of your workflow and a clear scope.

  2. Clickable prototype

Before any code, you click through screens that look and behave like the real app. Changing a sketch is quick. Changing finished software is not.

You get: screens your team has tried and approved.

  3. Build in stages

We build in short rounds and release working pieces for your team to try. Your spreadsheet data moves in and your other tools get connected.

You get: working features you can use along the way.

  4. Launch and training

We train your team in English or Spanish, watch the first weeks closely and adjust what needs it. Hosting, backups and updates can stay with us too: Hosting & Care Plans.

You get: a live app, a trained team and a plan for what comes next.

Questions about custom apps and CRM

Do I need custom software, or is an off-the-shelf tool enough?

If a ready-made tool fits your process, we will tell you to use it. Custom makes sense when the tools force your team into slow workarounds, or when you are juggling several tools that do not talk to each other.

How long does it take to build a custom web app?

It depends on how much the app needs to do. A focused tool, like an intake form that feeds a simple dashboard, is a much smaller project than a full CRM with a client portal and several connections. After discovery we give you a written scope and timeline, and we release working pieces along the way.

Can it connect to the systems we already use?

Usually yes. We connect to most modern software through its API. When a tool has no API, we look for exports or other safe options, and we tell you plainly when a connection is not possible.

Can you move our data out of spreadsheets?

Yes. We clean up duplicates, fix inconsistent entries and import your history, then check the totals with you before the old file is retired.

Who can get to our data, and can we export it?

Only the people you approve, through secure logins with roles that limit what each person sees. It is your business data, we document how the app is set up, and we can export your data whenever you ask.

How do you keep patient or client data safe?

Secure logins with two-step verification, roles that limit who sees what, encrypted connections, regular backups and HIPAA-aware setups for medical and dental offices.

What is the downside of custom software?

It takes more planning up front than signing up for an app, and like any software it needs updates over time. That is why we start small, build only what your team will use, and stay available to maintain it.

What happens after launch?

We stay on to fix, adjust and add what your team asks for, either monthly or as needed.
